The inscription reads: "LOVE-FAIREST-FLOWER-IN-MEMORY-GARDEN-THOUGH-THESE-THY-PETALS-LIE- ENSHRINED-HERE-THY-ESSENCE-LIVES-IN-GODS-ETERNITY"

This statue is an amazing tribute to the Benson family and all of there contributions to the city and their love for each other.

There have been many stories told by different people over the years about this bronze statue most of them having to do with spooks, magic and the like but all of these stories can be put to rest by simply walking up to the Lady and seeing the grave markers set in the ground near her base all of whom are members of the Benson family.

Even though the statue can be seen plainly from your car I strongly suggests getting out and moving closer so you can see more of the effort that it must have taken to make this great memorial.
