TO REACH FROM THE INTERSECTION OF S.R. 18 AND S.R. 42 (MEDINA CITY
SQUARE), GO WEST ON S.R. 18 4.0 MI TO ITS INTERSECTION WITH S.R. 252
IN MALLET CREEK, CONTINUE WEST ON S.R. 18 2.5 MI TO COUNTY ROAD 3
(ERHART ROAD), TURN RIGHT AND GO NORTH ON COUNTY ROAD 3 2.0 MI TO
ITS INTERSECTION WITH TOWNSHIP ROAD 156 (GROSS ROAD), TURN LEFT
AND GO 0.2 MI ON GROSS ROAD TO A FIELD DRIVE AND THE MONUMENT ON
THE LEFT.

THE STATION MARK IS A STANDARD MEDINA COUNTY SANITARY ENGINEER
GPS SURVEY 3.5 INCH DIA BRONZE DISK STAMPED --LT05 1999-- SET IN A 12
INCH DIA 48 INCH DEEP CONCRETE MONUMENT WITH A 12 INCH PVC SLEEVE,
SET FLUSH WITH THE GROUND SURFACE. STATION IS 19.5 FT SOUTH OF
GROSS ROAD, 14.0 FT EAST OF A FIELD DRIVE RUNNING SOUTH, AND 1.0 FT
NORTH OF AN ORANGE CARSONITE WITNESS POST.
