The Watter Mark is located at about 1 m above the first floor level of the building Všestudy Red Mill - Home for the Elderly, which was shortly after the renovation in July 2002 suffered with big flooding that destroyed everything.
Znacka se nachází na asi 1 m nad úrovní prvního patra objektu Cervený Mlýn Všestudy – domov pro seniory, který byl nedlouho po rekonstrukci dokoncené v cervenci roku 2002 postižen velkou povodní, která vše znicila.
