This mark is situated on the top of abandoned windmill. The windmill is inside private property so you can go as close as 20m of distance to it. There is a clear sign "Propriedade Privada", meaning "No Trespassing". This mark is easily accessed by any kind of vehicle.
In it's name: "Janela 2o", I have no ideia what "2o" means, probably it's there just to make a difference from other geodetic marks in Portugal, also named "Janela".
