From the intersection with ORE126, travel generally SW on Helmholtz Way for roughly 1.7 miles. Turn left on SW Wickiup Avenue and continue about 0.4 miles. Bear left on SW Reservoir Drive and continue for 0.5 miles. Turn right on SW Cascade Vista Drive and continue for 0.4 miles. Turn left on SW 35th Street and go 0.3 miles to the section corner.
Type of survey mark: 2" brass cap set in a 2-1/4" pipe filled with concrete; all in a monument box

The monument box and section corner are in the center of the intersection of SW Wickiup Avenue with SW 35th Street. On the top of the curb at each corner there is a PK nail and brass washer stamped COUNTY SURVEYOR.
What property is this mark defining?:
REDMOND HEIGHTS subdivision was surveyed by E.G. Mansfield in 1948. The Deschutes County Surveyors Office survey number is CS09087. See also, Oregon Corner Restoration Record No. 1287.
