A plaque dedicated to Arthur Hewitt OBE, JP, DL in Llandudno. The plaque is located on the former Palladium cinema (now a J D Wetherspoon pub), in the town.

Arthur Hewitt was a local architect who designed many of the outstanding buildings of Llandudno. These included the Odeon Cinema (now unfortunately demolished), The Washington Hotel and The Palladium.

He was also a long serving local Councillor and a Justice of the Peace as well as being the commanding officer of the 5th battalion (Caernarfonshire) Home Guard.

The plaque in bi-lingual, the Welsh text reads:
