This is a wonderful piece found at the entrance to the Garfield County Fairgrounds. The sculptor, Mike Flanagan (visit link) , apparently knows about roosters because the look of this handsome fowl is to NOT mess with him! The dog seems to be waiting for the inevitable confrontation. Someone here is going to get a lesson!
