Heinrich Schneider immigrated to the United States from Germany in 1839. He arrived at Hamburg, Missouri in 1840 and platted Upper Hamburg and built the first house there. The cemetery originally had six graves but now only has three graves stones. Two of the graves were moved to other cemeteries in the early 1940s when the area was taken over for the construction of a TNT facility in support of World War II. One other stone is currently missing. The earliest gravestone in the cemetery is dated May 4, 1888 and the latest is June 16, 1908. There are no trails leading to the cemetery access will require 1/4-1/2 mile of off trail walking each way depending on the route chosen.
Earliest Burial: 05/04/1888

Latest Burial: 06/16/1908
