This building is now Worsbrough Community Church in the Wesleyan Reform Union. Date stone on the front face of the building is dated 1854 with inscribed foundation stones, two either side of the doorway.
Building seems to have been extended upwards at a later date as the year 1903 is on a stone near to the apex of the building.
Inscription on the stones-

"Laid in memory of the late Mr.T.Carter by his daughter, Mrs. T.Johnson, of Ardsley."

"Laid by W.Brookes, Esq. of Sheffield."

"Laid bt Mrs. T.Barron, of Barnsley."

"Laid by C.Buckley esq. of Worsbro' Dale."
