Thirty seven scholars received their awards at the Australian Ambassador’s residence in Hanoi on January 5, 2012. Most notably, six Vietnamese candidates won the most prestigious Prime Minister’s Australia Asia Awards, which will fund them to complete PhDs followed by internships in Australia.
