The 4th level of the double helix ramp collapsed on April 21, 2006. Miraculously, no one is injured.

Curiously, Google Map street view images of these coordinates show the double helix in various states of removal, though it is now gone.
This fired up my imagination, because I remember when that happened, even though it was many years ago now.
I recall it being on every local news venue: television, radio, the newspaper, and online.
