"The Sharp-Page House is a two-and-a-half story, asymmetrical Queen Anne structure of brick with a stone foundation and detailing. Architecturally, it is one of sixteen remaining 19th-century single-family residences along Broad Street in original condition. The details on this dwelling are particularly fine in comparison. Dominant features of the Queen Anne style include the projecting pedimented bays with imbricated slate trim and triple, double-hung one-over-one windows, segmental arched windows, rusticated stone lintels and smooth stone sills, an entrance with transom and double doors, and decorative wood window trim. An ornate tower with a conical roof is located on the west side of the house. Built in 1888, it is significant for its affiliation with Dr. Amos Sharp (1889-1891) and Elmer D. Sharp (1892-1914), a real estate broker."
