CZ: První pivovar v Kostelci je uváden již v roce 1482, dnešní stavba pochází z let 1836–39. Pivovar v puvodní podobe fungoval do roku 1987. Od roku 2001 je zde pivovarské muzeum. Rovnež byla obnoveno príležitostné varení piva. V areálu chránená technická památka – unikátní osmiboký žentour.
ENG: The first brewery in Kostelec is documented in the year 1482, the present building dates from the years 1836-1839. The brewery operated in its original form in 1987. Since 2001 there is a brewery museum. Also recovered was an occasional beer brewing. In the area of the brewery is protected technical monument - a unique octagonal treadmill.
