"A viúva Maria Alves recebeu da condessa de vimeiro a sesmaria onde ficava aldeia de Iperoig. Por não poder coloniza-la passou o registro das terras para Jordão Homem da Costa a graças a este ato em 1637 foi fundada a cidade de Ubatuba.
"The widow Maria Alves received the Countess of willow where the allotment was Iperoig village. Why can not colonize it passed the registration of land to Jordan Man of the Coast thanks to this act in 1637 was founded the town of Ubatuba.
