"Nasceu na Itália em 1913. Chegou em Ubatuba em 1966, onde criou da ASEL (Ação Social Estrela do Litoral) em 1983. Construiu a creche Francisquinho , que era mantida por esta instituição. Em 1987 criou a ordem Franciscana Secular. Frei Pio nos deixa a seguinte mensagem: para conseguiremos o que queremos, precisamos ter perseverança dedicação, arrojo, amor e uma grande cota de humildade."
