The lodge was chartered April 19 1888 and was at one time located in a three story brick building in the middle of town. On Feb. 27, 1899 the second and third floors of the building were destroyed by fire before they could be saved by the men of the Titusville fire department. After the building was repaired members of the Pleasantville, Hydetown and Townville Lodges joined with the Queen City Lodge giving it's membership a boost and helping the smaller groups to carry on there great work in support of all of their communities.
After the building was sold twice starting in 1982 the Fellows retained the third floor for their use for 5 more years but the search was on for a new location to call their own. The search ended when the Lodge found a new home at 811 West Central Ave. After fixing the building up they moved in, in February of 1989 and have called it home since. The small one story structure is tucked away in a residential neighborhood and has a small parking lot for the use of it's members.
According to there sign meetings are held on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday at 8PM. The Lady Drake Rebekah Lodge meets at the same ocation on the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month
The former location of the lodge was taken down to make way for progress (a parking lot) so you can no longer look up and see the familiar IOOF at the top of the building.
