The information kiosk contains three signs:
“Buffalo Bill Cody Scenic Byway” sign describes features of interest along the byway route.
“Shoshone National Forest” sign contains maps of the area and distances to points of interest.
“Forging National Forests” sign discusses the history of the Shoshone National Forest.
The Buffalo Bill Cody Scenic Byway extends for 27.5 miles through the Shoshone National Forest from the East Entrance to Yellowstone National Park to the east forest boundary west of Cody, Wyoming. The route follows US Hwys 14/16/20 through the Wapiti Valley along the North Fork of the Shoshone River.
