For many years this building was known as the Ralph Cohen Building by the locals. Now it is a hot spot for dining and a great place to try a local brew.

Located at the corner of Spring and Franklin Streets in downtown Titusville. This place was one of the busiest places in town for many years. They sold both men's and women's clothes and shoes and for many years they were the areas dealer for Boy Scout and Cub Scout products.
The ad I am posting for the clothing store was in the Titusville Herald August 20, 1951 where they ran an advertisement a a regular bases. I found a digital copy of the ad at the web address listed below.
I had the privilege of working for the Cohens as my first job and till shortly before they closed their business making way for what is now the "Blue Canoe" restaurant and brewery (I will post a picture).
