The fountain has a nautical theme... with representations of mermaids and mermen, dolphins, shells, etc. The fountain is in two parts - two semi-circles around the Memorial to Queen Victoria. The monument itself was under scaffolding when the poster of this waymark visited...but the fountain was working perfectly.
