The Rock Guitar Shelter is a volunteer operated facility that is looking to become not for profit.

Their website states: "....We provide unwanted,abandoned, abused or neglected instruments with a quality, caring and respectful “repair and restoration”, so they can be adopted and live out their lives facilitating musical enjoyment for their new owners. No musical instrument in need will ever be turned away."

In addition, they teach and provide a great service to Calgarians and others who might discover them.
