The Trussville Veterans Memorial Obelisk is a 30' tall, five-sided stone structure. The base is composed of slabs etched with the names of those Trussville residents who served in World Wars I and II, the Korean War, Vietnam, and Gulf Wars I and II. The top is a one-piece stone cap. The style of the obelisk is in keeping with a nearby 1938 era gazebo.
