The chapel from 1841, dedicated to St. Jan Nepomuk, is one of few buildings saved from the old village Haje.

Renovated in the 80 of 20th century and again in 2005 it´s a destination of pilgrimates. The chapel has a regular, symmetrical floor plan. It is composed of two parts - the chapel and the bell tower.
