A small monument along a "country" road that reminds the local people of the history that unfolded right in their neighborhood.

This monument sits at the intersection of two local roads Spring Valley and Van Buren Rods in Morris Township creating a small island for traffic. The monumnet has two piles of cement cannon balls and the monument sign on a set of rough blocks.
