In Boston's Waterfront District, there is a nautical flag pole on top of a tall building. The building is the Captain John Foster Williams U.S. Coast Guard Building.
The flag is the typical cross configuration - no gaff pole. At the time of visit, the U.S. Flag was on top, with the MIA flag directly below it. The U.S. Coast Guard was on the right. The building is eight stories tall. The flag pole can easily be seen from the Rose Kennedy Greenway. At the base of the building at the corner, there is a plaque about Captain Williams.
List the flags being flown at the time your photo was taken: U.S. Flag at top
POW-MIA Flag directly below the U.S. flag
