This building now houses the Military Attache of Oman. The Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan is a three storey building and stands across the road from the Victoria and Albert Museum.

Sir Henry Cole (1808–1892), the first Director of the Victoria and Albert Museum, lived at this building long before it became the Kazakhstan Embassy. There is a blue plaque on the wall to Sir Henry Cole.

The opening hours shown are for the Consular Section and they apply Monday to Friday excluding Wednesday.
