This .035-acre municipal park was acquired by the Church of the Messiah in 1969 and developed into a mini city park in 1991 through a donation from the Westerville Rotary Club. It is maintained by the Westerville Parks and Recreation Department.

There are two benches, two trash containers, and a drinking fountain in the little park. There are also dedication brinks in the plaza, as well as a piece of abstract art titled "Four of a Kind".
