This Border Crossing across the Missouri River is on Nebraska Highway 51 & Iowa Highway 175 between Iowa and Decatur, Nebraska. The bridge is called the Burt County Missouri River Bridge or the Burt County Toll Bridge.

The bridge was completed in 1951 (visit link) but the Missouri River had changed it's course so there was no water under the bridge. The first traffic didn't cross until 1955 when the US Army Corps of Engineers diverted the river to flow back under the bridge.
