From the plaque:
"The Cathy Feinen Student Sculpture Garden is a project of the Francis Parker School #23 PTA supported by Culture Builds Communities Grant Awards from the Arts & Cultural Council for Greater Rochester. The Arts Council's Culture Builds Communities Program is sponsored by Citibank and the City of Rochester."
Student contributors for the first two years (there are three years of sculptures in place) are named on the plaque. Their work was chosen through a jury system by the whole school. Calvin Hubbard was a guest artist who worked with the students on clay and the selected student peices were enlarged and cast in bronze by sculptor Dexter Benedict. (
