There are a couple of smashers in front of the gift shop at the National Constitution Center. Enter from the Arch Street entrance. Go immediately to the right and they are standing right there, at either side of the entrance. The coordinates are for the entrance.

This waymark is for the right smasher. You can see the workings, gears and levers as the casing is transparent. The cost is two quarters plus the penny for smashing. There are four designs, all with the National Constitution imprinted. One has a quill, another features a document scrolled up a bit. The other two are portraits of famous Philadelphians, one looks like Franklin.
