This 10 Foot tall ,ARTWalk sculpture of a cat made of concrete by local artist Vincent Massaro was placed in 2000, with a time capsule sealed inside the base. Information about the time capsule does not come from any visible plaque; rather from this website listing Rochester public art (visit link) . It simply says, "The sculpture, created with support from the Arts and Cultural Council Culture Builds Communities grant, includes a time capsule with contributions from students at Cobblestone School."
