The Enchanted Highway was the brainchild of teacher and school principal Gary Greff from the small town that is 32 miles south of I-94. In an effort to attract people and businesses to Regent, North Dakota, Greff started by building The Tin Family (

The silhouette of Theodore Roosevelt is made of 30 lengths of 1 3/4 inch well pipe, each weighing 300 pounds. It stands 51 feet tall. The stage coach took a month to build.
