The Fiveways in Bournemouth stands unsurprisingly at a junction where there are five ways.

The sign depicts a different story as although there is a finger-post illustrating five ways the names on the sign are as follows: Coco Cabana Beach, Bondi Beach, Durban Beach, Hawaii Beach and Bournemouth Beach.
This would lead one to assume as Bournemouth Beach is nearby and is the boldest name on the sign, that we are in fact at, probably the best beach in the world!
Originally the name has a much more religious significance as it possibly refers to the "Five Ways" of Thomas Aquinas, five reasons for the existence of God.
