Rasputin is a new entertainment facility in northern Pattaya City. Close to the famous Soi 6, but set back from the road in a classy looking building, and no doubt with suitably inflated prices. Outside, a big neon advertising its existence to the facing carpark. One website claims that it is the best massage parlour in Pattaya, but that is a bold claim to make. The facility markets itself to the growing Russian tourist influx (if you consider that Pattaya first became a tourist destination due to US Vietnam War personnel seeking a pleasant spot for R&R, you can see the irony).
