Built on it's side with King Kong hanging off the Lightning Rod on Top (end).

Water falls down the hill a skywheel out back and more tourist traps then you can shake a stick at but non of them are as cool as this building that seems to have been knocked on it's side by a giant ape. The window washers rig is still hanging from the building and even a taxi seems suspended just outside what was at one time the front door.
