American artist Saint Clair Cemin (b. 1951) was born in Brazil, and educated in Paris. He now lives in New York. He works in a variety of styles. His forms are derived from geometry, logic and fantasy.
From the Sculpture gardens walking tour booklet, it also states
Cemin rearranges and isolates particular motifs in order to encourage the viewer to perceive a different reality. He chooses materials according to their feeling: bronze feels warm, marble feels cold
