Long Description:
The building at 109 West Church Street was build in 1905. The building is a three-story brick commercial building. Originally the building was used by the Ozark Drug Store on the first floor and the Odd Fellows on the upper floors. Now the building serves as a restaurant.

The building originally served as the Ozark Drug Store on the first floor and the Odd Fellows above. Now serves as Mexican Restaurant. The building is a contributing building to the Ozark Courthouse Square Historic District on the National Register of Historic Places.
