A zinc spire mounted on four zinc plinths and a stone base. The lower plinth is simulated stone, the second and third plinths contain the family name McCulloch, symbols and epitaphs, and the fourth plinth has removable zinc plaques. The lower section of the spire has symbols, while the upper section is draped with curtains on each side. The spire is topped with a cross. The headstone is about 9 feet high.
