Heading to 175 W. Jefferson, we come to the old location of Wolf Mtn. Pizza. This building was built in 1947, to house the Yampa Valley Dairy which was owned by Ray Yoast. One resident remembers watching through the big windows at night, seeing Ray, in his tall rubber boots, raking the curds of cottage cheese. Ray operated the dairy until 1971, when federal regulations made it dirricult for small daries to remain in business.
