Sculpture is located in a fountain. Where the fountain is, is a very quiet area, close to City Park Ave. The Sculpture was placed in 1929, after the original sculpture in the fountain was broken. The entire piece was restored in 1994.
The description from the SIRIS states:
A nude female figure of Chloe sits on an ornamental bronze pedestal that sits within an octagonal cast iron pool. Her arms extend out before her. Her proper left hand may originally have held an object (flute?). The exterior sides of the fountain have a decorative relief design and are painted green.
