Salt and Pepper is celebrating its 20th Anniversary. The founder, Silvio Solano, menus and recipes are still used today. Born in Tezoatlan, Oaxaca Mexico, Silvio moved to Canada in 1969. He spent many years sharing his cooking talents with prestigious restaurants before opening his own and offering the authentic Mexican flavours that make Salt & Pepper famous today.
