The flag is flown from a flag pole projecting, at an angle, from Sotheby's building in New Bond Street. Like many flags, in this part of London, this one has an angled edge at the hoist so that it hangs vertically down and so can be seen/read without any wind.
The flag has dark blue background with "Sotheby's" written on it in white. The "S" at the start is towards the top of the flag. Also in white, below the lower "s" is "Est. 1744".
