A Granit Memorial on a three stepped base.
The front face shows a Sword of Sacrifice & the Welch Regiment Crest.
The Inscription Reads :-
"1939 - 1945/ TO HONOUR ALL RANKS WHO GAVE THEIR LIVES/ 4TH BN THE WELCH REGIMENT/ GWELL ANGAU NA CHYWILYD."
hundreds of men from this Regiment died in Gallipoli, their names can be found at Helles Memorial at Gallipoli, which commemorates men of the Welsh regiment who died on the Peninsula and who have no known grave.
