This is a carillon at the Münsterplatz in Ulm, Germany, Baden-Württemberg. It was created in 1979 for the 100th anniversary of the department store named 'Abt' where it is mounted.

There are 15 bells made of porcelain.
The carillon plays every full hour and everyday at 17:15 h.

There's also a beautiful clock under the carillon.
