The Cow Creek Recreation Area lays along the south side of Cow Creek where Cow Creek meets up with the Missouri River. There are 40 campsites - some with power - some with just a fire pit.

The main part of the camping season there is a campground host that keeps the place in order and quiet at night. Nice bath and shower facilities.
