Long Description:
Canadian First Nations singer and songwriter Buffy Sainte-Marie recorded a song in 1972 called "He's an Indian Cowboy in the Rodeo". Kenny McLean was a first nations rodeo cowboy from Okanagan Falls, BC. He is the only rodeo cowboy in the BC Sports Hall of Fame, and the only cowboy to have been awarded the prestigious Order of Canada. So maybe he is the one she was singing about!
Musician: Buffy Sainte-Marie

Name of Song: Indian Cowboy in the Rodeo

Relevant Verse:
He's an Indian cowboy in the rodeo
And I'm just another little girl who loves him so.
