Realisation - Paris, France - Silhouette Public Art Sculptures on Waymarking.com

This piece depicts a head in silhouette...with a hinged rectangle displaying another silhouetted head. On one side, that second head is outlined by thick lines that look like twisted letters of the alphabet and containing figures which look like Chinese or Japanese words. On the other side, the second head is outlined with very irregular shapes. The golden head is located on an entirely black cube...all of which would appear to be made of aluminum.

The sign reads:
"Michel Batlle
Realisation
L. Villagrasa"

I believe that Batlle is the artist...but who is Villagrasa? Its confusing since the artist's name usually is not placed before the name of the piece.
