Allan Gardens is a lovely park in downtown Toronto and this dog park is at the north end of the property. The off-leash area is quite large with a separate area for smaller dogs. The reviews for this dog park are quite positive with many of the posters mentioning the friendliness of the other dog owners who frequent the park.

Something that will catch your eye immediately are the two giant dog sculptures within the dog park - the big blue dog is in the smaller dog enclosure while the big green dog is in the general enclosure. There is no specific car park for this off-leash area, so if you arrive by car you will have to try to find some parking on one of the side streets.

This off-leash dog park can be found at the north end of Allan Gardens which on the south side of Carlton Street, at the southwest corner of Carlton Street and Sherbourne Street.
