Opened in September of 2009, the Water Street Studios provides 28 studio spaces in a 16,000 square foot facility. The first floor is for artist who use a three dimensional medium such as sculptors, potters and metal workers. The second floor studios are dedicated to the two-dimensional artist such as painting and photography.
A common gallery is available for the artist to show their works. The gallery's hours of operation are:
Monday: closed
Tuesday: closed
Wednesday: 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Thursday: 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Friday: 10:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Saturday: 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. (second Sat. open until 10:00 p.m.)
Sunday: 12:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
There are also opportunities to tour the studios while the artists are at work.
If the gallery is not open during your visit, you can always view the murals on display outside.
