The Würth Group is a German based industrial company with over 60,000 employees worldwide. The company is well known for its strong sponsorship activities in sports and culture.
Reinhold Würth, son of the founder and CEO from 1956 until 2004 has started building a huge and impressive art collection in the 1960s, today it contains over 14,000 works of art. The company runs a large museum in Germany and ten branch locations in nine different countries, where parts of the collection is on public display.
The Forum Würth in Arlesheim is located in an industrial quarter in the west of Arlesheim. The exhibitions change about three times a year and the museum is open to the public daily free of charge.
