Although Menagerie Pet Shop doesn't sell cats or dogs, (as of September 21, 2011 no pet stores in Toronto are allowed to sell cats or dogs) they do have many items to cater to these furry pets. They also provide a do-it-yourself pet wash for your convenience - they supply the tub, towels, shampoo and tools to help get your pet clean.

This shop is located on the east side of Parliament Street, just south of Wellesley - look for the gigantic iguana on the front of the store.

"The Menagerie has become a favourite store for dog & cat owners looking for healthy choices for their pets. We stock a good variety of natural source and holistic pet foods including frozen raw diets. We also stock a great selection of supplies for very dog or cat. One of the most favoured parts of the dog & cat departments is the do-it-yourself dog wash. Customers can bring in their pet and use our huge tub with supplied towels and shampoo. We do not sell dogs or cats and encourage those interested to seek out rescues, shelters or to consider a reputable breeder."
